<p>PURPOSE: A product case structure using a memory form and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remarkably improve heat intercepting properties and a sealing force of liquid interception, thereby being usable for a high-priced small electronic device. CONSTITUTION: A product case sheet structure includes a molding material. Memory forms(20,20') are attached to one side or both sides of the molding material. Leathers(50,50') are attached to one side or both sides of attached surfaces of the memory forms. Urea resins are sprayed to inner skin of the leathers through injectors(70,70'). A complex passes through another pair of rolls. The leathers are perfectly bonded with the complex.</p> |
