PURPOSE: An information display device, an information display method, and a computer readable memory medium are provided to transform image information, so that the image information is not out of a screen. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(14) displays image information. A controller(11) obtains image information of a display processing target. For the obtained image information, the controller performs enlargement/reduction processing at a designated enlargement/reduction rate. The controller compares size of the processed image information with size of a display area of the display unit. If the image information is larger than the display area, the controller transforms the image information to display the entire image information on the display area.
