PURPOSE: A multi-directional CCTV system capable of rotation and revolution is provided to simultaneously monitor side streets or roads in multi-directions in real time. CONSTITUTION: An arm(200) revolves around a pillar through the first rotation unit(150) of the pillar. The arm is connected through the second rotation unit(250), at least one CCTV block to which a CCTV(370) is connected rotates around the arm. The arm elevates through a location changing unit(130) of the pillar. The location changing unit includes a guide groove(131) of the pillar, an arm block(135) to which the arm is connected, the first and second gears(137,138) and the third driving motor(139) connected to the second gear.
