PURPOSE: A waste heat recycle shelf for a commercial gas range is provided to supply the large amount of food in a short time and reduce the used amount of gas. CONSTITUTION: A waste heat recycle shelf(1) for a commercial gas range comprises an upper plate(3), a leg(4), and an L-shaped fixing member. The width of the upper plate is similar to or a little narrower than the width of a front surface. The upper plate is composed of porous plates. The upper plate comprises a support piece(3a) bent downward. The leg is folded by a hinge(5). The fixing member is coupled with the both edges of the main body. The fixing member is coupled on the lower end of the both legs.
