PURPOSE: A monitor screen cleaning device is provided to clean a monitor screen without using detergent by forming a sponge and a cotton brush on the outside of a floor cloth part and a secondary floor cloth part. CONSTITUTION: A monitor screen cleaning device comprises a fixing part(40), a connection part(30), a plurality of secondary floor cloth parts(45), a sponge, and a cotton brush. The fixing part is connected to the floor cloth part through a rod based on the handle. The connection part is integrally connected to the floor cloth part. The connection part is additionally connected to the secondary floor cloth part. A plurality of secondary floor cloth parts are additionally connected to the connection part. A plurality of secondary floor cloth parts control the length to be fitted into a monitor screen having different standard. The sponge and the cotton brush are formed at the outside of the floor cloth part and the secondary floor cloth part.
