Disclosed is a personal digital assistant featuring a simplified structure and improved convenience.  A personal digital assistant of the invention comprises a main body including a display, a first cover movably connected to the main body to move to a position overlapped with the main body and to a position extended outward from the main body, a second cover movably connected to the main body to move to a position overlapped with the main body and to a position extended outward from the main body, and a hinge unit having one side connected to the first cover and the other side connected to the second cover, wherein if one of the first and second covers moves with respect to the main body, the hinge unit causes the other one in the first and second covers to interwork.
