<p>A dust and rubbish collection device for use with vehicle wheels includes a dust collector having an opening at one side, and at least one of the other sides and the top side of the collector is provided with an outlet having a dust obstructing net (8,9). The collector has an openable bottom cover (7). A curved deflector (4) and a curved baffle (5) are mounted respectively at the top side and the lower side at the opening of the collector, and they make the ingoing airflow surround such that the opening of the collector acts as a first airflow surrounding chamber. Another pair of curved plates (12,13) are tiltably provided at the space behind the first surrounding chamber, and the volume between which constitutes a second surrounding filter chamber. The prevent invention makes the dust particles carried by the airflow efficiently being collected within the device, and the dust are deposited within the collector by means of humidifying, electrostatic adsorption, and fine dust absorption, such that the secondary pollution is eliminated.</p> |
