摘要 PURPOSE: A wind force tower using composites and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve anti-corrosivity compared with a metal wind force tower by arranging a glass fiber or a carbon fiber in a core in the longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION: A wind force tower using composites comprises an inner composite fabric layer(7), a core material layer(8), and an outer composite fiber layer(9). The inner composite fiber layer is manufactured by a winding process. A plurality of cores are welded with the core material layer. The core is arranged along the boundary surface of the inner composite fiber layer. The core is formed of composites or the polyurethanes. A plurality of cores are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the inner composite fiber layer. The outer composite fiber layer is secondly manufactured by being wound along the boundary surface of the core material layer.
