PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to transmit a driving signal to a semiconductor device by improving the reliability of the electrical connection between a signal transmission unit and a driving signal terminal. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device includes a semiconductor element(13) and a driving signal terminal(17). The semiconductor device includes a voltage-driven power device. The voltage-driven power device controls the on/off of a main current according to the driving signal. The signal transmission unit transmits the driving signal to the semiconductor device. The driving signal terminal transmits and receives the driving signal in contact out of the signal transmission unit. A metal material surrounds the driving signal terminal. |
