A wireless passive key apparatus, includes: a control circuit, a resonant circuit composed by a loop and a capacitance, a rectifying circuit and a key array. The key array is set on a panel of the wireless passive key apparatus, which is used to input the key information; the control circuit, the resonant circuit and the rectifying circuit are set on the interior of the wireless passive key apparatus; the resonant circuit is connected with the rectifying circuit; the control circuit is connected with the key array.
