PURPOSE: A transistor and a flexible organic light emitting display with the same are provided to form a hole on a metal line and an insulating film, thereby facilitating bending of the flexible organic light emitting display. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of holes are formed in a data line. A plurality of holes are formed in a scanning line. A pixel is electrically connected to the data line and scanning line. A scanning signal is applied in the scanning line. The pixel is selected by the scanning signal. A data signal is applied in the data line. The pixel emits light according to brightness according to the data signal.
