<p>PURPOSE: An effective touch deciding method of an image processing device including a touch input unit and the image processing device for performing the method are provided to previously store an unconsciously touched area according to a user's touch history and habit, and to use a memory, thereby remarkably reducing an error. CONSTITUTION: An image processing device sets an ineffective touch area which reflects a user's touch history(S110). The device detects a touch input(S120). The device detects coordinates corresponding to the touch input(S130). If the detected coordinates are not included in the ineffective touch area, the device decides that the touch input is effective(S140,S150). If maintenance time of the touch input is more than preset effective touch determination time, the device decides that the touch input is effective.</p> |
