PURPOSE: A paper shredder equipped with a scanner is provided to reduce storing cost of paper by managing the paper with data, and to confirm the cut paper contents through a memory in which the paper contents are stored. CONSTITUTION: A paper shredder equipped with a scanner includes the following steps of: a case(100) in which a door is formed, and a cradle(122) for paper is equipped on a rear side of an inlet of scan paper; a scanner part(200) having a memory(230) storing the data of the scanner; a cutting device(300) cutting the paper by a driving motor(320); and a paper chip box(400) storing the paper chip, and located on the bottom of the cutting device.
