SURFACE INSPECTION APPARATUS FOR CASE, AND SURFACE INSPECTION METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A device for inspecting surface of a case and a case surface inspection method using the same is provided to inspect defect through a standard image and a template matching scheme by capturing and obtaining each part of the case. CONSTITUTION: A standard image of each allocated part of a case is stored in a controller. An inspection image for each divided area of the case is obtained. An average brightness value of the stored standard image is calculated. Brightness of the inspection image is matched with the average intensity of the standard image by controlling the brightness of the inspection image as much as deviation. Defect is inspected through match of a shape.
