The invention relates to natural fungicides used in seed or soil treatment and obtained from a formulation of quillay extracts rich in saponin concentrations, to which synthetic polymers (latex and resins) have been added to enable same to be released slowly into the soil and which have proven to be effective in controlling the Gaeumannomyces graminis fungus that causes take-all of wheat, in both pot and field experiments.
