UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS KEYBOARD SYSTEM SUPPORTING FREE KEY ARRANGEMENT

PURPOSE: A USB keyboard system for supporting a free key array is provided to offer a combination key, so that users can more simply input characters, numerals or function keys. CONSTITUTION: A key pressing unit(110) senses a key input from a user. If the key input is sensed, the key pressing unit outputs a key input signal. If the key input signal is received from the key pressing unit, a key input controller(120) outputs a key control signal for instructing a key to be inputted. A USB port unit(130) outputs the key control signal in USB mode. The key input controller is capable of changing the key control signal outputted according to a user's selection. An input unit of the key input controller receives the key input signal from the key pressing unit.
