Polymerization process and polymers formed therefrom are described herein. The polymerization processes generally include introducing an olefin monomer into a reaction vessel, introducing a a single-site transition metal catalyst into the reaction vessel, introducing a multi-functional block copolymer non-ionic surfactant into the reaction vessel, contacting the olefin monomer with the catalyst system in the presence of the non-ionic surfactant within the reaction vessel under polymerization conditions to form a polyolefin and withdrawing the polyolefin from the reaction vessel.
