MANUFACTURE METHOD BY ROLL PRESS OF FUEL CELL MEA USING HYDROGEN ION CONDUCTIVITY MEMBRANE AND MANUFACTURED FUEL CELL MEA FOR SAME

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a membrane-electrode assembly is provided to consecutively produce a membrane-electrode assembly for a fuel cell and to enable mass production of the membrane-electrode assembly. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a fuel cell using a hydrogen ion conductive polymer as a membrane comprises the steps of: mixing a catalyst, a hydrogen ion conductive polymer, and a solvent system that can disperse or melt the catalyst particles and the hydrogen ion conductive polymer to obtain catalyst slurry; coating the catalyst slurry on a polymer substrate by a knife method using a continuous coater; and transferring the catalyst layer on the membrane by contacting a catalyst layer of a substrate on which the catalyst is applied and a roll type membrane and applying heat and pressure through a press to obtain an electrode.
