An authentication method in a wireless communication system having security which is simple and strong and is independent of a wireless type is provided. In the wireless communication system capable of authenticating with one another between a wireless sensor moving between a plurality of access points and the access points, a variation element is extracted from measured data measured by the wireless sensor to acquire an encryption key generation data. A storage medium in which a predetermined number of storage areas capable of storing the history of the encryption key generation data gathers is provided in the wireless sensor and the access points and a common key is generated from the encryption key generation data to perform an authentication processing.
