<p>The invention relates to a heat exchanger forming machine meant to be used for making heat transfer elements comprised in the construction of heat exchangers employed in machine building industry. According to the invention, the machine, having a modular construction, comprises a bed frame (F) on which there are mounted a foil unwinding device (A), an accumulating-driving device (B), a forming head (C), a calibrator (D) and a cutter. The forming head (C) comprises a fixed upper plate (2) and a fixed lower plate (10) embedded in some lateral plates (1), a mobile upper plate (5) with horizontally reciprocating actuated punches and a mobile lower plate (8) with lower punches that are vertically reciprocating actuated by a crank mechanism consisting of an eccentric shaft (13) actuating a connecting rod (14) that moves a left-right adjustment screw (16) and results in the reciprocating motion of the lower mobile plate (8) guided by some columns (9) that are rigidly fixed to the plate (8).</p> |
