<p>The tooling comprises: a cap (4) that conforms to the semicylindrical external outline of the half-mould (1) to be adapted, which part comprises: a projecting flange (15) that engages in a reference groove (12) on the external surface of said half-mould (1); specific means for assembling the latter with said cap (4), in order to fix said cap with respect to the reference plane (11) of said half-mould; a mount (2) that receives the pre-assembled assembly formed from the cap and the half-mould, which mount includes features for clamping said cap while using the diametral surface of the mould as reference plane (11) and for allowing it to be fitted on and fastened to a conventional drill or the like; and plate-shaped templates (5) and (7) provided with drill bushings (6) and (8) respectively, which plates engage with centring features that are placed on said cap (4) in order, on the one hand, for the active drill bushing to be precisely positioned and fixed and, on the other hand, for the bushing to be stored awaiting use.</p> |
