SLUDGE REFORMING METHOD AND THE EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A sludge reforming method for reducing the weight of sludge and a sludge reforming device thereby are provided to minimize the amount of the generation of the sludge by utilizing cell sap of each microorganism as nutrient of the microorganism. CONSTITUTION: A sludge reforming method for reducing the weight of sludge comprises the following steps of: performing a mechanical treatment reforming process by destructing a cell wall of microorganism of sludge with a homogenizing mixer or a homomixer(S10-1); performing a chemical treatment reforming process by treating sludge with alkaline chemicals(S10-2); and performing a cell sap processing process to utilize cell sap as organic nutrient(S20).
