NUCLEIC ACID ENRICHMENT DEVICE AND USES THEREOF

Provided is a nucleic acid enrichment device obtained by connecting a specific probe on the inner wall of a container, where the specific probe from 3'end to 5'end in sequence consists of a binding domain of polynucleotides or peptide nucleic acids complementary to a conservative region of target DNA or RNA to be detected and a connecting arm of which the nucleotide on the 5'end is modified to connect with the inner wall of the container. The device is useful for enriching ribonucleic acids and deoxyribonucleic acids in the use of a PCR method and detection of the target nucleic acid. The PCR method using the nucleic acid enrichment device and the kits containing the nucleic acid enrichment device are also provided.
