A method for establishing an information network comprises the steps of: obtaining the first information which is generated by a computing device; obtaining the second information which is generated by the said computing device and which describes the first information; obtaining the third information which is generated by the said computing device and which shows the relationship between a user possessing the first information and the first information itself; and linking the second and third information to the first information inputted. Therefore, the method for establishing an information network establishes an information network efficiently by defining the relationship between the user possessing information and the information itself to assign network or link attributes between individual information entities.
