PURPOSE: A flexible metal foil laminate film including a polyamide-imide resin film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce devices having high stability, and to offer mechanical, electrical, and thermal stability while preventing a temperature degradation phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A flexible metal foil laminate film including a polyamide-imide resin film includes metallic foil(11) and a resin film(12) laminated on one side or either side of the metallic foil. The resin film consists of the polyamide-imide resin. The polyamide-imide resin is gained by polymerizing a first monomer and a second monomer. The first monomer is one selected from a group consisting of 2,2 - bis (4 - (4- aminophenoxy) phenyl) - propanes [2,2-bis(4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl)-propane], 4,4- diaminodiphenyl ethers, or their mixture. The second monomer is one selected from a group consisting of pyromellic anhydride, 4,4-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride or their mixture.
