PURPOSE: An optical pipe and an illuminating apparatus comprising the same are provided to improve total reflection of an optical film by controlling a refractive index of a prism and a refractive index of a base film. CONSTITUTION: In an optical pipe and an illuminating apparatus comprising the same, a light source unit(510) generates light and inputs the light to the light pipe(520). The light source unit comprises at least more than one lamp, and the light pipe receives the light generated from the light source unit. The light pipe comprises an optical film which evenly distributes the light generated from the light source unit by refracting the light. The optical film comprises a base film and a prism pattern located on it. The refractive index of the base film is same as that of the prism pattern unit.
