PURPOSE: An automatic meat cutting machine is provided to ensure excellent workability by automatically cutting meat while continuously supplying the cut meat of a mass state and to secure excellent spatial utilization due to easy installation in a narrow space. CONSTITUTION: An automatic meat cutting machine comprises: a hold and transport unit(100) for the cut meat of a mass state which is installed at the upper part of a main body; a meat cutting unit(200); a discharge unit(300) for discharging the cut meat to the front; an inlet conveyor(400) which is installed at the lower part of the main body and transfers and supplies the cut meat of a mass state; a loading conveyor(500) which successively loads the transferred cut meat; and a lifting unit(600) which supplies the cut meat loaded in a loading box to the front of the hold and transport unit.
