PURPOSE: A shield case for a printed circuit board is provided to form a combining unit in one of a trapezoid shape, a circular shape and a reverse trapezoid shape, thereby preventing the shield case from rotating left/right. CONSTITUTION: A side wall portion(14) is extended from four sides of an upper surface unit(12) downward. A combining unit(16) is protruded from the side wall portion downward. A support unit(18) is protruded from the side wall portion downward in both sides of the combining unit. An embossing portion(16a) is formed in the two combining units. The two combining units are located at a place where the four combining units face each other.
