PURPOSE: A power supply device for microcomputer protection by a surge voltage is provided to prevent the wrong operation of a microcomputer even when the surge voltage flows into the power supply device, thereby improving the operational reliability. CONSTITUTION: A ground terminal of a microcomputer power supply unit(16) is directly connected to the ground terminal of a microcomputer. In a state of containing a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(1), a steel case is molded by epoxy. A substrate blocks up the opening part of the steel case. A surge blocking condenser(17) is connected between the primary wiring one side of a transformer and the ground terminal of the microcomputer power supply unit and blocks secondarily a surge voltage which is flowed from the outside. An automatic controller(19) for primary wiring voltage of a transformer stabilizes voltage supplied to the microcomputer.
