PURPOSE: A receiving device and a receiving method for eliminating interference of the mobile communications systems about signals of band are provided to improve the performance of the receiving device by adaptively dealing with the interference of the received signal according to the error changing according to the surrounding environment of the receiving device. CONSTITUTION: ADCs(Analog to Digital Converters)(106,110) samples and performs the band-pass-process of the received RF signals. A phase shifter(108) varies the phases of the processed signals. An interference cancelling unit(112) adds up signals in which phases are changed with the sampled signals. The interference elimination unit eliminates the identified interference.
