PURPOSE: A sunshade housing of a sunshade apparatus for a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of parts and assembly process because the housing body, the vehicle mounting brackets, the tray mounting brackets, and the actuator mounting brackets are integrally formed by press molding. CONSTITUTION: A sunshade housing of a sunshade apparatus for a vehicle comprises a housing body(1), a plurality of vehicle body mounting brackets(3), and a plurality of tray mounting brackets(5). The housing body is formed in a straight bar shape with one side open. The vehicle body mounting brackets are formed by deforming a part of the housing body and fix the housing body to a vehicle body panel. The tray mounting brackets are formed by deforming a part of the housing body and attach the housing body to a tray panel.
