PURPOSE: A method for detecting glycoprotein of tumorigenesis and metastasis in patient blood is provided to directly detect glycoprotein from body fluid having wrong glycosylation and easily diagnose various cancers. CONSTITUTION: A method for identifying glycoprotein from blood through lectin affinity chromatography comprises: a step of removing overly existing protein in a blood sample through chromatography; a step of performing reduction and alkylation of the sample; a step of reacting ligand-conjugated L4-PHA(Phytohemagglutinin-L4) and receptor-conjugated glycan bead; a step of eluting L4-PHA-glycan bead-conjugated sample; and a step of performing mass spectrometry. The glycan bead is agarose or sepharose. The ligand and receptor are biotin and avidin.
