TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROL SYSTEM, APPARATUS AND METHOD USING TRUNKED RADIO SYSTEM NETWORK

PURPOSE: A real time traffic signal control system, a control device thereof, and a control method thereof using a trunked radio system are provided to deal with variable traffic flow sensitively by reflecting the state information and the control information of a traffic signal controller by applying a short communication cycle. CONSTITUTION: A communication server(12) generates a real time signal control project using signal operation information and collection traffic information collected with a signal phase unit from a plurality of traffic signal controller(23). A communication server transmits the signal control command for controlling the traffic signal controller with the signal phase unit according to the generated signal control project. A management server(13) is connected to the communication server through an internal server. The management server transmits the abnormal state of the traffic signal controller to a mobile terminal of the person in charge of repair/maintenance using the sate information and the signal operation information of the traffic signal controller collected with the signal phase unit transmitted from the communication server. The communication unit connects the internal network to the trunked radio system.
