MEMORY SYSTEM, ACCESS CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PURPOSE: A memory system, an access control method, and a computer program are provided to enable a memory controller to manage access to a memory, thereby promoting optimization of the entire system. CONSTITUTION: A request queue(15) receives an access request issued from a master group(14) via a system bus(12). The request queue has a scheduling function for properly rearranging the received access request. The request queue provides queue information to an arbiter(17). Based on the queue information and bank information, the arbiter performs arbitrating of requests issued in parallel from masters of the master group. The request queue transmits the information to a memory controller(13) as access control information.
