PURPOSE: An LNG storage tank and an LNG ship including the same are provided to maintain a temperature of an LNG cargo of a very low temperature state without disposing cooling material between an LNG storage and an outer wall surrounding the storage. CONSTITUTION: An LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) storage tank(100) comprises a storage(30), an outer wall(40), a spacer(50), and a supporting member(60). The storage stores LNG(20). The outer wall surrounds the outside of the storage. A space between an inner side of the outer wall and an outer side of the storage is maintained in a vacuum state. The spacer is selectively formed in at least one of the inner side of the outer wall or the outer side of the storage. The spacer prevents contact between the storage and the outer wall to prevent heat conduction. The supporting member is installed within the outer wall, and supports the storage.
