Alternatively the tube may be supported by a member 21 Fig. 4 which insulates the tube from the framework. The tube is jacketted for use at low temperatures. The member 21 is elastic and also supports a thin sheet metal protective cover 23. Fig. 2 shows an embodiment with a split support ring 16. The mill tube 14 has an inserted liner 15. |
