X-RAY DETECTOR WITH METAL SUBSTRATES

PURPOSE: A detector for detecting an X-ray image is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by reading a detecting signal through three electrodes without a thin film transistor. CONSTITUTION: A detector body has a closing space. A gas layer(g) is formed to the closing space, and converts an X-ray signal into an electrical signal. The detector body is made of a metal material having high X-ray transmittance, and includes a top substrate(10) and a bottom substrate(20). A plurality of electrodes(30a~30c) is formed to the detector body. A plurality of dielectric layers(40a~40d) is formed inside the detector body. A supporting part(60) is formed between the bottom substrate and the top substrate of the detector body.
