PURPOSE: A solar cell and a solar cell module having the same are provided to prevent pollution and damage to a photoelectric conversion part by forming the photoelectric conversion part to a bottom surface of an insulation substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(220) is formed to one surface of an insulation substrate(210). A photoelectric conversion part(500) is formed on the first electrode in order to convert light energy into electric energy, and includes a p-type silicon layer, an intrinsic silicon layer, and an n-type silicon layer. The p-type silicon layer is doped with p-type dopant. The n-type silicon layer is doped with n-type dopant. A second electrode is formed on the photoelectric conversion part. A third electrode(240) is formed to the other surface of the insulation substrate in order to be faced with the first electrode, and supplies a reverse bias to the photoelectric conversion part. |
