PURPOSE: A portable terminal implementing a receiving rejection function capable of setting a reception rejection function by using a regulation of a number range are provided to efficiently block a spam message and a spam call by using a call denial target definition rule. CONSTITUTION: A calling number obtaining unit(102) acquires the calling number or a message. A definition rule storage unit(108) stores the receive refuse object definition regulation. A reception notifying unit(106) informs the incoming of the call to the user. If the calling number is not corresponding to the receive refuse object number, a controller(104) controls the reception notifying unit.
