PURPOSE: A prism-integrated light diffusing sheet for a back light unit of an LCD is provided to maximize optical efficiency by forming a dispersion layer formed with embossing material at a rear side. CONSTITUTION: A prism-integrated light diffusing sheet for a back light unit of an LCD includes a base film(1), an inverse prism layer(2), and a diffusion layer(3). The base film is composed of a transparent polyester substrate film. The light transmission of the base film is 85~95%. The binder region used for the diffusion layer is formed with a transparent material. The transparent resin particle used for the diffusion layer is composed of a sphere transparent particle. The transparent particle is composed of an organic particle like an acryl particle, a styrene particle, and a silicon particle, and it also composed of an inorganic particle like synthetic silica, glass bead, and diamond. A refraction index difference of the binder region and the particle used for the diffusion layer is 0.03 or 0.05 or greater.
