PURPOSE: A handle for a sliding door is provided to easily set and switch a rotating direction of a lever of the handle according to an installation position of the handle, which is installed to the sliding door. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve(11) is projected at one side of a lever(1). A base includes an insertion hole formed in the center and a receiving space formed to a bottom surface. A rotor(3) includes a fixing hole formed in the center and a projecting piece(33) formed in the outer circumference. The sleeve is penetrated and fixed to the fixing hole. The rotor is rotated around the sleeve. A direction switching part(4) seesaws around a pivot axis(41). A preventing piece(5) is reciprocally moved according to seesaw movement of the direction switching part.
