PURPOSE: A flexible print circuit, a touch panel, a display panel and a display device are provided to regularly maintain thickness of the flexible print circuit in array directions of a first wire layer and a second wire layer, thereby making a groove portion generated on a surface of the print circuit smaller. CONSTITUTION: A first wire layer(33) is adjacent to one side of a flexible substrate. The first wire layer is connected to a second section from a first section. A second wire layer is adjacent to a contacted surface on the flexible substrate of the first wire layer. The second wire layer is connected to the second section from the first section. Insulating layers(38) are formed in a gap between the first wire layer and a second conductive member(35) and between the second wire layer and a first conductive member(34).
