PURPOSE: A display device is provided to connect between each pair of display electrodes which are formed in a common pattern by selecting a connector according to a position, thereby reducing greatly a number of manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of plasma tubes(31) is arranged in parallel. The plasma tubes are filled with discharge gas. An address electrode support sheet(33) has address electrodes(32) formed along the longitudinal direction of each plasma tube. A display electrode support sheet(35) has a plurality of first display electrodes and second display electrodes expanded in a direction crossing all plasma tubes. The plasma tubes are pinched between the address electrode support sheet and the display electrode support sheet. The shape of the first display electrodes and the second display electrodes on the display electrode support sheet is the same for all sub display modules(30) of a plasma tube array type. The sub display modules are connected to each other in a direction crossing the plasma tubes by a first connectors and second connectors.
