PURPOSE: A system and a method for monitoring a crosswalk inside a school zone are provided to monitor a vehicle and a worrying region by using a monitoring camera and a DVR(Digital Video Recorder). CONSTITUTION: A first monitoring structure(100a) and a second monitoring structure(100b) are positioned in an edge of a crosswalk, and are faced. The second monitoring structure images an expansion image about a vehicle or a pedestrian through a zooming function of a camera including a wide angle or a division lens. A control part controls the second monitoring structure about a vehicle passing a first monitoring region, and receives the expansion image through a wireless communication unit. The control part transmits the image to transportation facilities. |
