PURPOSE: A chair having a circulation seating plate is provided to protect a backbone at the beginning of taking a seat, and easily stand up from the chair. CONSTITUTION: The chair having a circulation seating plate includes: a main body(11) combined with legs in the lower surface; a seat back(12) combined the behind of the main body; and a circulation seat plate(13) elastically combined to the upper surface of the main body to be rotated, and upwardly sloped toward the seat back in the state of not applying the external force. The main body includes a seat frame(11A) combined with the legs and the circulation seat plate; and a back support frame(11B) combined in the rear end of the seat frame.
