PURPOSE: A burn-in board is provided to improve precision of a burn-in test and an infiltrated phenomenon of a foreign material by coupling an insulation cap instead of an insulation film in a supporting panel. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of burn-in sockets(12) is mounted in a top surface of a printed circuit board(10). A supporting panel(20) having a plurality of cap coupling holes(24) is arranged in a bottom part of the printed circuit board. A plurality of insulation caps(30) is inserted to the cap coupling holes of the supporting panel. A bottom surface of the printed circuit board is supported by a top surface of the insulation cap. The insulation cap includes a supporting block having a horizontal plane part, a plurality of coupling feet, and a protrusion. A bottom surface of the printed circuit board is supported by the horizontal plane part. The coupling feet are integrated in a bottom surface of the supporting block. The protrusion is formed in an outer circumference of the coupling feet.
