PURPOSE: An insole for high-heeled shoes and an anti-skid unit used for the high-heeled shoes are provided, which can prevent slip of the foot and achieves comfortable feeling of wearing. CONSTITUTION: An insole for high-heeled shoes comprises an insole main body(110) inserted into the high-heeled shoes; and an anti-skid unit(101) which is detachable from the upper side of the insole main body. The insole main body comprises an arch supporting part(131) which is bent and protruded upward to support the arch part of the plantar; and a plantar support part(132) which is formed into the concave type to surround the heel. The insole main body comprises a lateral support that surrounds edge and an inside support part.
