THE PRECISE TUNING METHOD OF ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC CONVERTER FOR POWER PLANT AND THE PRECISE TUNING APPARATUS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A precise tuning method for an ECH(Electric-Hydraulic Converter) for a heat power plant and an apparatus thereof are provided to reduce processor time by automating a deviation analysis process using an electric and pressure signal. CONSTITUTION: A precise electric signal is applied to an EHC. Output pressure generated from the ECH by the electric signal is measured and converted in a pressure signal. A relation between the electric signal and the pressure signal is represented as a current/pressure graph. Deviation of the current/pressure graph is analyzed by comparing the current/pressure graph with a standard curve graph. Deviation analysis is represented by converting the current/pressure graph and the standard curve graph into a deviation graph to display a bias to a standard curve.
