METHOD FOR CELL-PLANNING-FREE INTER-CELL INTERFERENCE MANAGEMENT IN CELLULAR SYSTEMS

PURPOSE: An inter-cell interference management method for preventing performance deterioration of a cellular system are provided to increase system performance by efficiently avoiding the interference between neighboring cells without performing a cell plan. CONSTITUTION: A radio resource is divided into one or more sub channel groups(S110). Transmission power patterns about sub channel groups are generated by using a mutually orthogonal Latin square matrix(S120). Transmission power patterns are allocated and transmitted in each cell(S130). The maximum transmission power of sub channel groups is controlled and data is transmited(S140).
