PURPOSE: An aromatic silicone paste composition is provided to emit fragrance increasing olfactory sense of operators continuously by adding fragrance to the external surface of a portable electronic device, and to ensure health improvement through autotherapy. CONSTITUTION: An aromatic silicone paste composition for manufacturing a case comprises perfume of 0.2-0.8 weight%, silicon of 90-98 weight%, pigment of 0.2-0.8 weight%, and emulsifier of 0.7-1.3 weight%. The aromatic silicone paste composition has a specific gravity of 1. A method for manufacturing an aromatic silicone case using the aromatic silicone paste composition comprises the steps of: mixing the aromatic silicone paste composition; and filling the resultant in a container, and curing the filler at a room temperature for predetermined time.
